お金を返すのが むずかしい: 返すのを 1年間 遅らせる

お金を返すのが、むずかしい人→　返すのを 1年間 遅らせる制度が 使えます。これを 1年間の「返済猶予」と 言います。＊申請 が 必要です。
↓
2025年（令和7年）1月から お金を返す人 → 2026年（令和8年）1月から返せます。

那覇市 社会福祉協議会に行って、「お金を返すのが むずかしい」と、相談をして、申請書 を 書きます。（予約 が 必要）
電話 で 予約をするとき →「返済猶予の 相談をしたいんですけど」と 言ってください。

＊審査があります。
申請→審査→決定→1年間の「返済猶予」（返すのを 1年間 遅らせる) →　2026年の 1月から 返せます。

*「返済猶予」を利用した人は 対象の非課税年度と、返済免除額の 範囲 （返す必要がなくなる 金額 ）が 変わることもあります。
お金を返すのが、 むずかしい人は、ぜひ「返済猶予」（返すのを遅らせる）を利用してください！

申請をしたときの 注意

*審査 の 結果 が 出るまで、1か月から 3か月 かかります。結果 を 待っているときに　払込 取扱票（払うときに 使う 紙）が 来ても、お金を 払わないでください！

以下 に 注意してください！　払った お金 は 戻りません。

• 申請をする 前 に 返したお金
• 返す必要がない 人（免除される人）が 返したお金
• 審査の結果を待っているときに、払込 取扱票（払うときに使う紙） を 使って 返したお金

借りたお金の 免除について

【総合支援 資金（再貸付）】で借りた人

お金を借りた人、または 世帯主の 2024年度（令和6年度）の 住民税 が 、非課税（均等割と 所得割の 両方が0円）の場合は、申請をして、審査で決まると、全部の お金を返す必要がなくなります。（全額免除）

*非課税だと確認ができたら、那覇市 社会福祉協議会で、「返済免除の申請」（お金を返す必要がなくなる申請）をしてください。

外国 に 住んでいる家族 に お金を 送っている 人

非課税かどうかの確認
外国 に 住んでいる家族 を 扶養している（お金を 送って、生活を助けている） 人で、「扶養控除」の 申告をする 人は、申告をしてから、非課税 かどうか 確認してください。

「扶養控除」を 受けるには 決められた 要件があり、申告 が 必要です。

*2023年分から、対象の要件（送金 した金額、受け取る 人の 年齢など）が 変わりました。

借りたお金を返す 方法

*払うお金は 借りた 時に 使った 銀行口座 から、 自動的には 引き落とされません。

• コンビ二、ゆうちょ銀行、郵便局 で 払う
  毎月、払込 取扱票（払うときに使う紙）が、あなたの家に 送られます。
• 銀行口座 から 引き落としにする
  *[自動 引き落とし]に したくない 人 は 書かないでください。

銀行口座から、払う お金を [自動 引き落とし] に したい 人 だけ、みどり 色 の 文字 の 紙 に、銀行口座 の 情報 を 書いてください。
