Please note, sometimes the interpreters may not be available. We recommend confirming with us before you visit.

※通訳がいない時がありますので、通訳が必要な人は電話で確認してから来てください。

• Assistance with filling out various application forms for administrative procedures at Naha City Hall
• Explainations are given for letters or documents recieved from Naha City
• We may also refer you to other divisions or government offices where you could get advice and/ or support

• 市役所での 各種 手続き、記入を 手伝います
• 那覇市から届いた 手紙 などの 説明をします
• 必要な場合は 他の課 や 行政機関に つなぎます

Where can I talk about my problems? Feel free to talk to us！

Consultation on everyday matters: health, work, childcare, taxes, or other issues: such as

• I lost my job, I can’t make a living
• I can’t pay the rent
• I don’t know how to do the municipal procedures

困った時は どこに 聞くの？　「外国人 相談 窓口」で 相談できます!

例えば

• 仕事が なくなって、生活できない
• 家賃が 払えない
• 市役所の 手続きが 分からない

他にも、健康、仕事、子育て、税金など、日常生活の いろいろな問題を 相談できます。
困っていたら、相談に 来てください。

Providing information on various procedures/ いろいろな 手続きの 情報を 伝えます

Information, related to municipal services at Naha City Hall: such as

• Exemption system of National pension
• Reduction on National health insurance premium/payment method
• Nursing care insurance, etc.

• 国民年金 の 免除
• 国民健康保険 に 払う お金の 減免/払い方
• 介護保険 の 情報など、

市役所でする手続きの 情報 を 伝えます

Excluded from consultation / 相談できないこと

• No arbitration of personal disputes, etc.
• No explanation or assistance is given with any application or contracts: such as cell phones, lease contracts, or credit cards, etc.

※Please note that the City Hall cannot act as an intermediary referral to non-government companies or other organizations.

• 個人の争い などの 仲裁
• 個人の契約について、 説明 や 記入の手伝いなどは できません（携帯電話・クレジットカード・部屋 や 家 を 借りるときの 申し込み や 契約など）

※市役所では 一般企業などへの 仲介・紹介は できません。

Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, June 23rd (Okinawa Memorial Day), National holidays, December 29th to January 3rd
