• Assistance with filling out various application forms for administrative procedures at Naha City Hall
• Explainations are given for letters or documents recieved from Naha City

Please note, sometimes the interpreters may not be available. We recommend confirming with us before you visit.

Where can I talk about my problems? 

Consultation on everyday matters such as health, work, childcare, taxes, or other issues.

Consultation Center for Foreign Resident acts as a bridge between foreign residents and the government. For those who are unsure where to ask about necessary procedures or issues, we direct them to the relevant departments within City Hall and, when needed, accompany them and provide interpretation services. We also provide information on relevant government agencies as needed.

"Consultation Center for Foreign Resident" dose not handle any procedures. It provides information on where to go and what to do.

困った時は どこに聞くの？　「外国人相談窓口」で 相談できます!

健康、仕事、子育て、税金など、日常生活の いろいろな問題を相談できます。

外国人相談窓口は外国人住民と行政をつなぐ役をしています。必要な手続きや問題について、どこに聞けばいいか分からない人のために、市役所内の関係課を案内したり、同行して通訳をしたりしています。

必要に応じて行政の関係機関も案内しています。

「外国人相談窓口」は何かの手続きをするところではありません。どこに行って何をすればいいか案内するところです。

 

Providing information on various procedures/ いろいろな 手続きの 情報を 伝えます

Information, related to municipal services at Naha City Hall: such as

• Declaration of Resident Tax
• Payment method for National Health Insurance Premium
• Nursing care insurance, etc.

市役所でする手続きの 情報を伝えます

• 市県民税の申告
• 国民健康保険の払い方
• 介護保険の情報など

 

Excluded from consultation / 相談できないこと

• No arbitration of personal disputes, etc.
• No explanation or assistance is given with any application or contracts: such as cell phones, lease contracts, or credit cards, etc.

※Please note that the City Hall cannot act as an intermediary referral to non-government companies or other organizations.

• 個人の争い などの 仲裁
• 個人の契約について、 説明 や 記入の手伝いなどは できません（携帯電話・クレジットカード・部屋や家を借りるときの 申し込み や 契約など）

※市役所では 一般企業などへの 仲介・紹介は できません。
