●支援(しえん)対象(たいしょう)　

日本(にほん)に避難(ひなん)されるウクライナ国民(こくみん)の方(かた)で、日本(にほん)において身元 保証人(みもと ほしょうにん)・引受(ひきう)け先(さき)（学校(がっこう)や企業(きじょう)等(とう)がある方(かた)）

●支援(しえん)内容(ないよう)

（1）渡航費(とこうひ)の支援(しえん)
：最大(さいだい) 30万円(まんえん)／ 1 人(ひとり)
※申請 前(しんせい まえ)に既(すで)に航空券(こうくうけん)を手配(てはい)、もしくは渡航(とこう)している方(かた)も対象(たいしょう)となります。

（2）生活 費(せいかつ ひ)の支援(しえん)
：年(ねん)100万円(まんえん)／ 1 人(ひとり) × 最長(さいちょう)3 年間(ねんかん)
1世帯(せたい)300万円(まんえん)上限(じょうげん)

（3）住環境(じゅうかんきょう)整備費(せいびひ)の支援(しえん)
：最大(さいだい)50万円(まんえん)／1戸(いっこ)
※新(あたら)しい住居(じゅうきょ)に住(す)まわれる方(かた)が対象(たいしょう)で家具(かぐ)や家電(かでん)等(とう)の購入費(こうにゅうひ)を支援(しえん)

The Nippon Foundation provides humanitarian assistance for travel and living expenses of
people who have been displaced from Ukraine. The application process will start from mid
April.

●Period of Application　

From April 20,2022 To March 31,2023

●Application Eligibility

People who have been displaced from Ukraine ,who have a guarantor (including schools and
employers) in Japan and wish to reside in Japan

●Details of the program

(1) Support for travel expenses: Up to 300,000 yen per person
* Those who have already traveled to Japan or bought a ticket before the application are also
eligible.

(2) Support for living expenses: 1,000,000 yen per year per person x maximum of 3 years
* Up to 3 million yen per household

(3) Support for housing expenses: Up to 500,000 yen per unit
* Supports the purchase of furniture and appliances for those who will live in a new residence.

• If you would like to open a bank account, please present documentation that shows your address, period of stay, etc. (such as a residence card) at a bank.
• (To obtain a residence card, it is necessary to change your status of residence from short term stay to Designated Activities.)
• Note that you cannot open an account with an Evacuee from Ukraine Certification Card alone, but please show it to the person at the bank along with your residence card.

• 銀行(ぎんこう)で口座(こうざ)を作(つく)りたいときは、銀行(ぎんこう)の窓口(まどぐち)で、住所(じゅうしょ)や在留期間(ざいりゅうきかん)のわかる書類(しょるい)（在留(ざいりゅう)カード）を見(み)せてください。

• 「ウクライナの避難(ひなん)民(みん)であることの証明書(しょうめいしょ)」だけでは、口座(こうざ)は作(つ)くれませんが、在留(ざいりゅう)カードと一緒(いっしょ)に窓口(まどぐち)の人(ひと)に見(み)せてください。
• 必要(ひつよう)な書類(しょるい)や利用(りよう)できるサービスについては、窓口(まどぐち)へ行(い)く前(まえ)に、あらかじめ銀行(ぎんこう)へ確認(かくにん)するとスムーズです。
• 必要(ひつよう)に応(おう)じて、身寄(みよ)りの方(かた)や地方(ちほう)公共(こうきょう)団体(だんたい)の担当者(たんとうしゃ)の方(かた)に、事前(じぜん)の確認(かくにん)や、口座(こうざ)開設(かいせつ)への同行(どうこう)などのサポートをお願(ねが)いしてください。

ウクライナの方(かた)が日本(にほん)で車(くるま)を運転(うんてん)するためには日本(にほん)の運転免許(うんてん めんきょ)を取得(しゅとく)する必要(ひつよう)があります。
ウクライナの運転免許(うんてん めんきょ)を受(う)けている方(かた)は、

• 道路(どうろ)の交通(こうつう)の方法(ほうほう)その他(ほか)の自動車等(じどうしゃなど)の運転(うんてん)に関(かん)する知識(ちしき)
• 自動車等(じどうしゃとう)などの運転経歴(うんてん けいれき)
• 自動車等(じどうしゃとう)などの運転(うんてん)に関(かん)する技能(ぎのう)
