Children’s Allowance

Children’s allowance is financial support for families with limited income and bringing up children of 12 years old and under.
Foreign residents in Naha City (except “Temporary Visitor”) are also eligible for the allowance.
Assessment is made by a status of residence, a period of residence and annual income etc.
If your request is approved, the recipient (household) is provided the allowance in February, June, and October.
