When women found out her pregnancy, she needs to visit hospital or clinic to receive Pregnancy Notification Form (Ninshin Todokede-sho 妊娠届出書).
Please bring the notification from to Health Promotion Division to receive “Maternal and Child Health Handbook (Boshi Kenkou Techou).”
This handbook will keep the development of the baby and it is very helpful to manage health of the child.
